We know how important it is to amplify the voices and stories of those in our community. The warriors featured here have been to hell and back and live to tell the tale. They are formidable in their strength, resolve, and sheer grit. May we all find a piece of ourselves in their narratives and feel some comfort and support in knowing that we are not alone.
Before starting treatment, the next nine months were utter torture. Between my friend group, social media, and even in the damn grocery store, I felt like the only person who wasn’t pregnant. It seemed like everywhere I went, another annoyingly happy pregnant belly was staring me in the face.
